By using underwaterarcade.xyz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms apply to every visitor; there are no accounts, so there is nothing to sign up to or cancel.

4. Intellectual property

All games, written content, artwork, code and page designs on this site are original works created for underwaterarcade.xyz and are protected by copyright. The artwork is generated vector graphics produced for this site; no stock imagery, photographs, character likenesses or third-party logos are used anywhere.

This site does not host, embed or claim ownership of any third-party game. If you believe something here infringes your rights, email editor@underwaterarcade.xyz with details and it will be investigated promptly.

Short quotations with a link back are fine. Wholesale reproduction is not.

5. Local data and saved progress

Scores, favourites and history are stored in your browser and are your responsibility. We cannot recover them, restore them, or transfer them between devices, because we never receive them in the first place. Clearing your browser data will remove them permanently.

6. Availability

The site is provided without any guarantee of uptime, and may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Games may be modified, retuned or removed at any time — a change to a game's difficulty may reset the usefulness of an existing personal best, and that is expected rather than a fault.

7. External links

Some pages link to external sites such as research institutions and technical documentation. Those sites are not under our control; we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
